MY DREADED SHOPPING TRIP...

well, i did the deed. i went shopping. i had to bring my girls with me, no sitter, so that was a pain chasing after them. i found 2 tops and a piar of black dress pants. and it was an hour just to find those. i first took a pair of size 8 petites to try on. i was afraid they would fit different than jeans and the 6's looked small. ok, the 8's too big. awww, the hell with it, why drag this out. I BOUGHT A PAIR OF SIZE 4 PETITE BLACK DRESS PANTS!!! i know i could not fit in a 4 in jeans, but dammit these pants are 4's!!! now my only dilemma is my sister told me i should wear solid colors for a job interview and neither of the tops i bought are solid! ughhhh hugs~mary jo 221/124/120???

thank you chip! i am interviewing for another department in the company i work for now. i HAVE to get this job! i work for the local phone co and i have had a hard time making sales goals the past few months. anyways, they told me that if i don't make march's goals then i will be terminated! 4 1/2 years with this company and they are going to fire me. JERKS. so hopefully i get this other job!!! hugssssss

Let us know how the interview went and if you get the job!! When I worked for the big C (major Credit Card company) I was in the same boat... I could do well with the sales... but hated feeling like I was lying to the customer... therefore didn't do so well on my sales all of the time... Maria

OMG you hit the nail on the head! my first 3 years there, i was always making my goals consistently, most of the time in the top 10. now they bring in these new reps, they lie or tell 1/2 truths and set the standards way higher. i REFUSE to lie to peopleand will not forego my morals to makes sales. i hope i get this new job since i have 4 1/2 years invested with this company, but if not, i will go on my merry way! so be it! hugssssss
