9 Month on March 20th--A little depressed....
I am a little depressed about my 9 month. I was down to 148.5, but now I am back up to 151 for some reason. I had been hanging out in the 150's forever.
I really wanted to be in the 140's for my 9 month appt. My goal is 138, so I am now 13 pounds away from goal---where as a few days ago I was only 10 pounds---yuck!
Send some positive my energy my way---perhaps I can drop back to 148 before the 20th.
I am still in a size 8. Maybe this is where I am going to end up. I wanted to get down to a size 6, but to be honest I never thought I would be in a single digit size again so this is truly a blessing. I want to hit goal so bad! I know it is only a few pounds, but I feel like I went through all of this that I deserve to lose those extra 13 pounds!

I feel your pain! I'm down to 153 or 154 for weeks now. I only lost 4 pounds in February, not sure really how much this month so far...probably only a pound or so.
I want to get to 134 but I guess it's gonna take more time than I thought. I'm also wearing an 8 but I would like to get to my goal weight as well.
I'm going to try to kick up my exercise and see if it will get moving again.
Hang in there! We can do it!!!

Trust me, I feel your pain. You sound like me. It seems like such a little thing, 151 vs. 149, especially after all the weight we've lost so far, but I guess we'll never really be happy with ourselves. I wanted to hit 148, the Century Mark, by my 9 month next week, but I don't see it happening. The last 5 pounds have taken about 6 weeks. The weight will continue dropping at its own pace. I'm going to keep walking and working the tool!

Hi Diana... (hug) I know exactly how you feel. The same thing happens to me with the scale too. Just when I think "this is it. i'm done" the scale finally moves again. I've been dying to get into the 130's forever and after week of me thinking I would never get there, it surprised me this morning!
My scale goes up and down sometimes - sometimes 2 or 3 pounds! Often when that happens it is because I ate something really loaded with sodium or I worked out extra hard. This morning I weighed 138, but after working out and drinking a TON of water, it was up to 143!!! But by the time I weigh myself before going to bed, it will be back down again. Mine flucuates all day - so I stick with my morning weigh in.
You will beat it! Hang in there!! Vent anytime!
