What size are your meals?
I find i am getting into the habit of eating bad things. Potato Chips have been a new craving and i have found i can have some sweets. These things will lead to my undoing. They add calories up SO fast and make my carb levels awful. I have been going up and donw with the same 5 lbs for quite a while. I am hoping that after my period it will start going donw again. But magic time is over i have to start excersing more.
Three meals a day here, too. I can usually have three soft scrambled eggs for breakfast, a Lean Cuisine for lunch, and a chicken breast and some potatoes or veggies for dinner. The past week or so I have been eating a lot, but I think it is a combination of TOM and I am finally feeling really good after my surgery for my bowel obstruction (Jan 21st). My body needed some extra fuel, I think - lol!
I try to stay around 1200 calories or so a day... sometimes I have more, sometimes less.
