Big WOW moment!
Well folks,
We just got back from Orlando Sunday and I wanted to share with you all the best thing about my trip!
We went to Universal Islands of Adventure for a day, and not only did I ride every coaster twice, but my kids 15, 11, 10 and 8 had to ask ME to sit down and rest. My husband was falling asleep at the table and the kids were dying and I was still going!!!!
I still have quite a bit of weight to lose and all, but I can't believe what a great feeling that is! My husband was amazed that I could ride those coasters and not be scared! He had to be talked into going on them and chickened out twice!
I told him that I did not risk my life having this surgery to continue living like I was afraid of everything. I want to have fun and live life to the fullest now and that is what I am gonna do!
Wendy
Wendy,
Congratulations on your new zest for life...and for rollercoasters!! How fun is that??? My niece is coming down in May and we're taking her to Six Flags. It will be the first time for me in YEARS that I've been able to fit into a rollercoaster! I love that you outdid your kids...too funny!
Take care,
Kerri

Wendy,
Thank you so much for sharing that story with us, I just love to hear how this awesome surgery has changed out lives, some bad but mostly good.
I would NEVER get hubby on a roller coaster but I am wanting to try one out since I lost the weight.
Take care and thanks again

Yeah! We're taking the kids on a surprise trip to WDW in April, and I'm so excited to be able to fit on all of the rides! I expect to be able to outlast them, too, so I can be the caretaker on this trip! Been so long!
Part of the reason we've never gone is because I was afraid it'd be too much, and I didn't want to embarrass them - not fitting on the ride, able to keep up, or be in a bathing suit (water parks). Life's changing for the better!
Congrats to all of us!
