YES i might have squeeked out another pound perhaps in a longer month
but oh well. I only lost 5 lbs in February, 2 weeks with loss, 2 weeks without loss.
I will take every pound that fades away.
MY losses are slow but i guess a little
steady too!

Well, I have only lost 2pounds this month. My month is not over until the 9th but...... I think my body must be adjusting because I have lost in inches and down a dress size from a 12 to a 10. Hard to out guess our bodies and the way the work. See you guys next week, will read and catch up.

i hate to complain, but....
i lost 5 lbs for february, which was fine with me. being so close to goal, i expect the slower losses now. but i was at 125 the end of the month and now i have been back up to 127 the past 2 mornings. right back to having 7 lbs to goal. that's still not bad, but i was at this same spot 2 weeks ago. i am sick of fluctuating!!!

I don't know how, but I lost 7.5 pounds in February. I haven't lost anything in over a week though....more than likely, because of the way I've been eating...too many carbs.
I need to get back to my protein oatmeal and meat w/veggies. Whenever I stick to that, I lose. Whenever I get into carby things, I stall.
I did better today but still I think my calories might have been too high. I decided to go out and buy a really nice journal tomorrow. I'm going to write everything down and tally everything up. I need to be more dedicated and focused. Once i figure out everything i want to track, i'm going to design my own format and start printing my own books out to track everything and i can just spiral bind it at work. I think that when we are further out (like the oldies on the grad board) we will need to look back over what we did. What worked and what didn't. That way we won't spend so much time wondering what we are doing wrong.
