Whatcha Eating???
Wow, I guess I'm WAY of track. Seeing what you guys are eating- I double that! The Southbeach diet meals- I can eat both wraps and the Jell-O!!
Lisa- Do you feel satisfied substituting 2 meals with a protein shake? Maybe I need to go back to the basics...I just ate an egg salad sandwich made with 2 slices of multi grain bread and I know it was too much.

I think today was a record for the most calories consumed by a 9 month post-op wls patient. I can't believe it. Sheesh! Just the Starbucks ALONE exceeded my normal calorie intake!

ACTUALLY that was a rare day that i did that twice but right after
i finished my work day i was going to the salon to get my hair
highlighted so i was on the fly and didnt want to not eat.
SO i drank a shake in the car on my way.
THATS rare...and when i got home i was hungry
and thats why i needed the pretzels which i would
normally never do at night ....to many carbs for night
time for me.
So that was a rare day for me to have 2 shakes but if the scale
didnt start moving this month which it finally did i was gonna do
3 days of liquids shakes and clear if it killed me to get that scale
going. BUT thank heavens it moved on its own
