Wow, I guess I'm WAY of track. Seeing what you guys are eating- I double that! The Southbeach diet meals- I can eat both wraps and the Jell-O!! Lisa- Do you feel satisfied substituting 2 meals with a protein shake? Maybe I need to go back to the basics...I just ate an egg salad sandwich made with 2 slices of multi grain bread and I know it was too much. Tomorrow is another day... Take care! ~Robin 285/203/145

Yesterday: 1/2 whole grain eng muffing w/one egg + slice of cojack 1/2 whole grain eng muffin w/ 2 slice salami + slice of cojack 10 medium shrimp 2 TBLSP of red beans and rice (CAJUN!) 1 Venti SF Decaf Vanilla latte 32 oz crystal lite 32 oz tea 16 oz decaf coffee 20 oz water 4 calciums 1 b-12 2 multi 1 vit D Workout: 10 solid hours of cleaning house and 3 hours of running around Today: (BAD) Venti SF Decaf Vanilla latte Another 16 oz SF Decaf Vanilla latte 32 oz Crystal lite POTLUCK: About 3 tablespoons red beans and rice, 1-2 TBSP of jambalaya, About 2 tablespoons of layered mexican dip with 4 tostitos, 2 pieces of brocolli, 1 cracker with crab dip, 2 squares of dark chocolate!!! 20 oz tea one SF mint milano ANOTHER Venti SF decaf Vanilla latte Half of a starbucks oatmeal raisin cookie (works like exlax for me) 20 oz water I think today was a record for the most calories consumed by a 9 month post-op wls patient. I can't believe it. Sheesh! Just the Starbucks ALONE exceeded my normal calorie intake! 4 calciums 2 multi 1 b-12 1 vit D Pam 250/143/125??

ACTUALLY that was a rare day that i did that twice but right after i finished my work day i was going to the salon to get my hair highlighted so i was on the fly and didnt want to not eat. SO i drank a shake in the car on my way. THATS rare...and when i got home i was hungry and thats why i needed the pretzels which i would normally never do at night ....to many carbs for night time for me. So that was a rare day for me to have 2 shakes but if the scale didnt start moving this month which it finally did i was gonna do 3 days of liquids shakes and clear if it killed me to get that scale going. BUT thank heavens it moved on its own lisa

I know that I am very repetitive and boring with my meal choices but here goes: B-Nectar roadside lemonade protein mix 1-viactiv S- Nectar L-1/4 cup turkey chili 1 multi-vitamin (my doctor has me taking a prenatal vitamin) S- Nectar D-1/3 cup cottage cheese with 3 slices of carb control peaches snack-6 soy chips and a few blueberries Viactiv Sue 320/130 at goal! Still want to lose another 10 pounds now!
