are you still lossing

You aren't crazy at all, I have gone and read the surgery date forums for a few months behind us Juners quite often to get a glimpse of the future!!
I am still losing- but VERY slowly. I am down to about 1/2 to 1 pound per week now. It happened suddenly almost 2 months ago, in the beggining of January. But I only have 22 lbs to goal now, so maybe that is why my weight is slowing.

Well . . . I have gone from 281 to 193 since June 22, 2005. However, I haven't lost anything since February 3rd (25 days). However, I tried a bunch of skirts and pants on yesterday that were too tight a month ago and they now fit, so I guess I'm losing inches. Other than an 18-day period back in October, I've never gone more than a week without losing. I guess, I was bound to have a stall by now. I just keep plugging away and write everything down I eat and drink and track the calories and protein. My total calories rarely exceed 1,000, so I'm sure it will come off. I went to a website that tells you how many calories you need to take in to maintain your weight. According to that, I need to be taking in 1900 calories per day to maintain. So, I'll just hang in there!!
How are you doing? You've lost a ton of weight in a very short time! Congratulations!!

i was a "lightweight", with 101 lbs to lose to reach MY goal. i have lost 96 lbs, so still 4 lbs to reach the century club.
things definitely slowed down for me, right at 6 months. i lost 5 lbs in december, 6 lbs in january and it looks like 5 lbs for february. i doubt i will lose another lb tomorrow, but if i do then it would be 6 lbs.

Yes, but very slowly now.
I lost 4.5 in January....
and 7.5 in February...actually, that's pretty good considering....
I'm already at my doctors goal...
I want to get to 125 for my personal goal...(18 pounds) which will be a loss of half my body weight.
I think what boosted my Feb loss is that I got serious about exercising. I started going to the gym and doing the eliptical, treadmill, bike & weights...and started going to kickboxing. Then, today, I couldn't go to the gym - so I cleaned the house like I was being paid a million bucks to do it! (I had to stay home with sick children).

i have slowed down too. got spoiled by the great loss month after month... and it slowed down. i would be worried if we ekpt losing like we were in the beginning... right. am still 20lb from goal.. but it was bound to slow down.. only lost 5 lb in february, but i have learned to be happy with any loss just as long as i am nto agining.
