Hello fellow Juners ~hugs~ Ok what I had yesterday: B- 4 oz cottage cheese with 3 fresh strawberries 1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate, 1 benefiber chewable. S- String cheese, 1/2 cup watermellon 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) L- 2.5 oz ham steak, some broccoli (sp?) 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- stallone pudding 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) D- 1/8th piece of Broccoli Bacon Cheese Quiche -YUM (Recipe from Bariatriceating.com, WLS portion of 1/8th wedge: Calories 171, fat 10 gr, carbs 4.5 gr, protein 15 gr) **I also have it on my website under my favorite recipes** 1 Centrum chewable multi, 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate. S- 1/2 cup popcorn At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate *Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 500 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 66 oz water, 12 oz cyrstal light *Excercise: 15 Mins on treadmill at 2 mph Take care and you all have a great day! ~Hugs~ Debra P 285/177/125??

ok well, here goes... B-ff/sf vanilla latte L-shredded lettuce w scoop of tuna, jalepenos and shredded cheddar D-2 chicken wings, cheese toppings ONLY off a piece of pizza snacks throughout the day - 3 tangerines, 1 orange 100 oz of water!!! hugs~mary jo

I started off the week bad....not hungry....feeling like I had swallowed a whole turkey or something...so couldn't eat. I tried making up for it today and yesterday. TODAY Venti SF Decaf Vanilla latte Protein bar (made me SICK) the patty off a McD's small cheeseburger 1/2 an english muffin with a slice of cheese and salami 80+ oz decaf tea, decaf coffee, water 2 Calcium Citrates + D 1 multi (so far) (waiting for my sublingual B-12 to arrive in the mail) YESTERDAY Venti SF Decaf Vanilla latte 1 chicken enchilada 1/2 english muffin w/ peanut butter and SF apricot jam 3/4 cup fiber one with honey clusters 2 Calcium Citrates + D 2 multi vitamins (Centrum Chewables) TUESDAY Venti SF Decaf Vanilla latte 3 beef nuggets (jerky) 2 bites of sharp cheddar (gross - had to toss it) 1/2 banana Monday Venti SF Decaf Vanilla latte 1/2 english muffin w/ 1 scrambled egg + slice cheese Grande SF Decaf Vanilla latte Hugs, Pam 250/145/??
