Sorry to hear your blood work came back low. At least you know that its a pretty quick fix. I can totally understand how you can get off track when you are traveling. I tend to forget mine once in awhile because I am shift work. I do better on certain shifts.

Out of curiosity, what was your B12 level? Mine was 227. I don't know what half the things mean. I do know that low B vitamins can cause some major problems. Who knew? I didn't think about them at all before surgery. I'm going to start taking shots myself. I too have missed some vitamins here and there. However, my recent bloodwork results gave me a little scare. I think I'm going to be much better about taking my medicine now. Dawn
