My BUN (something to do with kidneys) was low - maybe alittle dehydrated.. My B12 was low...I already get monthly shots, but now I have to add the sublingual... My folic acid was low...two multi-vitamins a day should fix this... My Iron was GOOD! My vitamin D is so low I have to take a presription for six weeks and then be retested...if it's still low then, I have to go see an endocrinologist. I fell off the wagon with taking my vitamins when I was traveling for 4 straight weeks.... who is sorry now??? ME!!! SO important to take those vitamins!!! Pam

Thanks, Lisa. I'm not gonna let it get me down. I'm just going to recommit. It only takes 2 seconds to take those darn things. Yes, I had my blood work checked every three months and it's always been fine. So, that just shows how fast it can take a turn on you! Take those vitamins! Hugs, Pam

Sorry to hear that your blood work was a little low... at least it sounds like it can be easily fixed with some tweaking of habits. Get back to it, girl. You've been rockin and rollin so far... don't let something so silly get you off track. I'm sure this wake-up call will get you right back on track!! Take care, Kerri

Thanks, Kerri. It sure was a wake up call. I may FEEL invincible...but apparently, I'm not! I'm a takin' those things from now on. No skipping days. NO matter what... even if my routine is thrown off track....I'm just gonna DO IT TO IT! Pam

My doctor told me that it take 8-12 months for the effects of sugery to truely show up in our blood work. What you see today is actually what you put in your body months ago. What you do today will effect you months from now. So, even though the blood work is a good idea, since it takes so long to show up, we really need to be consistent in taking the supplements the doctor recommends. Good luck Pam, you are terrific and I know this will get better, because you know what to do! Hugs! Jo

Pam, The good news it that this is all stuff you can fix by getting in your water and taking your vitamins like your life depends on them. Those numbers will come up! Chip

Pam, I have to agree with Chip, it is all things that you can fix by taking your vitamins so that is really good news... How much sublingual dothey want you to take now? I get 500 mg a day and the labs were ok but I was wondering if we can take to much? I wonder if it leaves the body like extra vitamin C does.... Well take care hun and take your vitamins. Debra P

My B-12 was high the last time I was checked and they told me it doesnt hurt you. You will just pee it out. They told me to stop taking as much as I was because I was just wasting it. I go next Monday for my 9 month check up, so I will see how it is now that I dont take as much.
