You motivate me!

Well i have been slinking around embarrassed because you guys are all kicking my butt at the weight loss now. I am still stuck at a total loss of 110 lbs. Hey i mean i will take it. But it seems many of you in my weight class are 30-40 ahead of me. Instead of being sad about it... it has motivated me to make better use of my tool. Seeing what you guys are doing makes me know i must be mismanaging my tool and i have to get better. So thank you for being such good doobies and helping me to kick it in the butt. Paula

Paula, You are not the only one. I have been yo-yo ing the same 4 pounds for almost 2 months now. I want something every couple of hours not much but something and not doing more than walking 30 minutes a day is not enough to keep things moving. Maybe we can do this together. Paula, Hey you both are not alone, count me in as well. I am struggling with a loss of 108 lbs and haging right here for the last 3 weeks. Up one day and down the other....grrrrrrrr.... Maybe a post in there regarding what we did for exercise might help" Let me know! Debra P

I know how you feel about the motivation. I come on here to see how everyone is doing and I always feel so good about myself after. Maybe you are doing everything right, just a slower loser. It will all come off eventually. I have slowed this month also, but I will try harder now because of it.

Paula, I think you are right on target for your weight range. We are all told that after 6 months things slow down alot, but it won't hurt to up the protein and excersize. I have been slack in the excersize dept. and I know that will definetily help. Wendy
