How is everyone's February?
This month is my first real slow month. I have only lost 3 lbs this month. I go from the first to the end of the month. I wont get discouraged though, I know it will slow down the closer to goal we get. I seem to be able to eat more so maybe I will cut back a little to see if it starts moving faster again. I dont exercise much. I snowshoe, but have been sick so have only gone twice this week. I know I should do more, but that is the hard part for me. I have never been one to exercise..Everyone has done so good. Keep up the good work..
