How is everyone's February?

This month is my first real slow month. I have only lost 3 lbs this month. I go from the first to the end of the month. I wont get discouraged though, I know it will slow down the closer to goal we get. I seem to be able to eat more so maybe I will cut back a little to see if it starts moving faster again. I dont exercise much. I snowshoe, but have been sick so have only gone twice this week. I know I should do more, but that is the hard part for me. I have never been one to exercise..Everyone has done so good. Keep up the good work..

I know exactly how you feel. If I slow down on exercising it is just as easy for me not to. I do find I eat less when I stick to my protein. When I stray I get hungrier, which could make sense for me gaining to start with, as I use to eat tons of carbs. Good luck.

This is my worst month ever. I have only lost 3 lbs this month. I will have to try harder. I still have 27 lbs till my goal of 140.

For you to be so close to goal, that is still good. Don't feel too bad. I only lost 4 lbs last month. In my earlier months I had another month where I only lost 4 lbs. You'll be to goal before you know it!
