How is everyone's February?
I am doing my usual. The scale didnt move for 2 or 3 weeks and then this week I have lost 4 pounds. Go figure. I am at 182.5 right now and I am hoping that I make it to 180 before the scale stops again. Hope everyone is doing well. I met with my Nutritionist on friday and she was happy with my progress but she wants me to add more carbs to my diet. That scares me. I promised her that I would at least add an apple now and then.

Really slowing down!
But guilty of not excersizing! I am eating more calories now, between 1000 and 1200 daily too. My appetite is increasing, I need to get off of my Ars and get moving! Need motivation and I just don't have it, I hate winter! Maybe my trip to Orlando coming up will get me moving!

I have only lost 3 lbs but we still have 1 1/2 weeks to go but it is slowing down like crazy again....but as long as it keeps going down I am ok.

I am about 5 lbs down this month. A couple of those lbs i have lost twice already i actually gained a couple back. But it was before my period so i am calling i****er. It is sad that the magic time of weight falling off is over. I know i have to start working at it now and making better choices. I have gotten much better about my protein. Now i have to work on water. It seems i have just stopped drinking as much as i should. Seems like all i can do to get my protein down.
