TGIF All ~Hugs~ Ok what I had yesterday: B- 8 oz carb control choc milk, 1/2 cup canned pineapple 1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate, 1 benefiber chewable. S- String cheese, 1/2 cup popcorn 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) L- 3 1/2 oz chicken, 1/2 cup cauliflower 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- 6 oz Stallone pudding 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) D- 8 oz italian wedding soup 1 Centrum chewable multi, 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate. S-1/2 cup popcorn At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate *Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 500 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 66 oz water, 8 oz cyrstal light *Excercise: 20 min walk on trial at lunchtime Ok you all have a great day! ~Hugs~ Debra P 285/176.5/125??

Breakfast: 1 egg Lunch: Broccoli, Edamame, Tea Dinner: Plan on eating a turkey/mayo/lettuce/tomato sandwich with celery HUMMM... not Perhaps an apple during the day as well.

Hi all B - Decaf and Achiev One L - 1/3 chicken enchilada a few bites of beans and rice S - grapes D - Catfish and spinach S - SF cookies Cal - 908 Fat 40 Carbs - 68 Protein - 70 Not a very good day was out of town and eat at friends. Way to many fat, carbs and calories. Deloris Did better today B - Decaf coffee and Achieve One L - Jerky S - grapes D - Beef Sirloin spaghetti squash S - SF popsickle and stallone pudding Cal = 619 Fat = 14 Carbs = 40 Protein = 79 Well I will read all when I get back in a week, Hope your week is great talk to you next Saturday. Off to South Padre for some sun and fishing. I promise to stay on course, Hugs Deloris

I'm ashamed to even say...but I'll be honest.... Driving to/from doctors appt (5 hours total) B - almost half of an Egg McMuffin 24 oz hot tea w/ half n half & splenda 1 cup regular coffee 10 oz water one square of very dark chocolate L - the insides of a sweet onion chicken teriaki 6" sub (no bread) Then I went to the gym - worked out one hour (eliptical, treadmill & weights) 10 oz water Parked the car at home and walked to daycare to get my son ( 1/2 mile ) D - Venti SF decaf Vanilla Latte -skim- no foam Shopping - craft store and Target....followed by Sheetz 1 chili cheese french fry from my daughter 24 oz hot tea w half n half & splenda Pam 250/146/125??
