Ok what I had yesterday:
B- 8 oz carb control milk with 1 scoop Zero Carb Isopure choc protein powder, 2 fresh strawberries and 1/4 small banana.
1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate, 1 benefiber chewable.
S- String cheese
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
L- 3 oz pork chop, 5 slices cuc, 1 sm orange
1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
S- 6 oz Stallone pudding
1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate)
D- 3 oz grilled chicken
1 Centrum chewable multi, 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate.
S- 1/2 cup popcorn
At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate
*Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 500 mg of B-12.
*Water Intake: 81 oz water, 10 oz cyrstal light
*Excercise: Just walking while shopping

B- ff/sf vanilla latte (and thinking i have to switch to decaf b/c i been getting the jitters lately)
S- tangerine
L- bagel w cream cheese (naughty!) clice of ff ham
S- tangerine
D- abt 2 oz. roasted lemon pepper chicken
probably 1/2 c chicken flavored rice
S- tangerine, sf hot chocolate
probably wayyyy too many carbs! i really felt like i stuffed myself yesterday. luckily, i am still at 128 this morning. thought i would gain for sure!

Yesterday wasn't very good. I ended up getting sick from the pudding at lunch. And I didn't make good choices, nothing sounded good. At least the scale finally moved!! And I'm in the 140's now!
B- 8 oz. light vanilla yogurt
L- 1/2 cup sf pudding
S- 4 potato chips
1/2 cup sf pudding- this made me soooooo sick prob. b/c it was mixed with chips.... eeeeew.
D- Starbucks Light Mocha Frappaccino
(30 min later) 5 McDonald's fries and 1/4 chicken breast from their chicken club sandwich
A pretty bad eating day! Today is going better though.

Ok apparently i am a pig and i have decided why i am not loosing weight. I am so proud and impressed at all of your eatings for the day.
I skipped breakfast and just had 32 oz of water for B fast.
Lunch i had 1/2 of a bean burrito with as much of the tortilla i could rip off and not have the beans fall out.
Dinner i had about a cup General Tsoas chicken and about a 1/2 cup of low mein at a chinese restaraunt. And probably a 1/4 cup of fresh string beans. It was Valentines dinner and my mind kept saying i had to eat more. My friend suggested trying to flu**** out of my pouch with water cause i felt gross. UUUUGGGHHH then i really felt awful and the water made me start to vommit. But nothign would really come up but foamy acidy stuff. So i figured i must have dumped and that is why i felt so bad and why it woudln't vommit up. I am a BAAAAAD DOOBIE.

hun I love to steal 2 pcs from hubbys general tsoas chicken or shrimp but wow the sugar in those are so high, maybe that is why you dumped from it. I have the steamed chicken but have to try a taste of hubbys, makes me feel like I am still living....
Hun you are NOT a pig.... I see you are not eating snacks, do you get hungry? I know I have to make 5-6 small meals a day so I am not so hungry and when I am I try to load myself up with water, well sometimes that works and sometimes it does not.

L- 1 1/2 boiled eggs + lite popcorn (about a cup & half over two hours)
D- Weight Control oatmeal w/protein powder
Yesterday:
B- Venti SF Decaf FF Vanilla Latte
L - the meat & cheese off a Sweet onion Teryaki sub from subway
(I have them just put the meat and cheese in a soup bowl -
I don't get the bread)
S - slice of cojack + slice of hard salami
D- 1/2 cup chicken chili
Valentine's Day
B- Venti SF Decaf FF Vanilla latte
L - half a small Wendy's chili
D - (Lonestar) a small piece of pumpernickel bread w/butter
About 6 bites of Salmon
About four bites of Brocolli
NOOOOOOOOOO movement from the scale!!! BUT all the pants that I bought last month are super duper baggy....so something somewhere is happening.
