Surgery Thursday

Hello Juners, I found out Friday that I have to have hernia repair surgery asap. I have a hernia in my abdomin which they thought could wait until summer to be repaired; however, it has grown and needs to be repaired before it gets worse. I go in Thursday and will be in overnight. It sounds pretty routine but surgery is surgery. The good news is on Friday I was down another pound (total for the month is 11 pounds and I still have a week before the end of my 7th month.) I'm now down a total of 149 lbs. Chip

sorry to hear, chip. hopefully everything is routine and you have a speedy recovery! so, are they going to get rid of any skin while they are there? that is if you have any? also, did you have any symptoms or signs? i am really fishing for a hernia, in hopes that i can get approval for TT with it! i got a sick mind, i tell ya! well, you will be in my thoughts and let us know asap how you are doing! hugs~mary jo
