Hello fellow Junners ~hugs~ Ok what I had yesterday: B- 1/4-1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean with 1/2 sm banana 1 Centrum chewable multi, 500 mg B-12 (sublingual), 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate, 1 benefiber chewable. S- String cheese, 1/2 cup fresh watermellon 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) L- 2 1/2 oz fresh salmon, grilled zuccini(sp?), 1 sm orange 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate S- 6 oz stallone pudding 1 500 mg Viactive chew (calcium carbonate) D- 3 oz ground beef with 1 sl cheese, about 12 string beans, 1/4 pickle 1 Centrum chewable multi, 1 chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate. S- 3 fresh strawberries, 6 natural almonds At bed time I had the last chewable 250 mg of Twinlab Calcium Citrate *Supplements: 2000 mg calcium (both Citrate and Carbonate), 2 multi vitamins, 500 mg of B-12. *Water Intake: 70 oz of water and 12 oz cyrstal light. *Excercise: Walked 17 mins on treadmill at around 2.5 mph Take care and you all have a great day! ~hugs~ Debra P 285/177.5/125??

someday, i am going to be motivated to eat better, i swear! yesterday... B- this goes without saying, ff/sf vanilla latte L - small taco salad S - 1 fig newton D - 1/2 pice chicken parm, 1/4 cup spaghetti about 100 oz of water! i did really good with that! ya know, i wonder about the supplements...i only take 1 multi-vitamin and 1 iron/b-12 supplement per day. i am supposed to take 2 iron a day, but since the problems with BM's, i have only taken it once. i am now taking colace every day, which seems to be helping, so i think i will start taking the 2 iron again. hugs~mary jo 221/129/120???

MaryJo, I take Glycolax every other night before bed in my crystal light and it seems to be working, becuase the calcium citrate binds it became a problem all the time after I stopped taking the viactive for my calcium, now I take half citrate(Twinlab chewables)and half carbonate (Viactive). How much B12 do you get? I am taking a sublingal 500 mg and it looked ok on my last tests but I was thinking on upping it. Debra P

umm, i don't know how much b-12 i get. i don't take anything other than the trinsicon. in december at my 6 month appt, she told me she would send me the results of my labs. all i got in the mail was a paper that said all levels were normal. if they were all normal, do i need something more? i don't take any calcium supplements either. didn't realize how uneducated i am about this stuff! hugssssss

Well yesterday I did better than I am doing today, that is for sure! I have already eaten some Cheese Nips and some mini oreos today, ugh! OK yesterday I ate... B~1/4 Cup Hot Oat Bran cereal, made with 3/4 cup milk S~ Starbucks Mocha Frappaccino Light w/ whip, about 310 cals L~ 10 medium shrimp and 1 baby carrot S~ 2 bites of hubby's leftover choc birthday cake D~ 3/4 Cup Pot Roast, 1 bite baked red potato and 1 baby carrot S~ 1/4 Cup Rice Chex and small banana (it made me SO sick too!) I did really bad with water though, I only had about 45 oz. I was surprised I could eat so much pot roast with dinner, it was like I had a bottomless pouch!! Exercise: nothing except 20 min. of walking from my car to my class and then back at the University and then walking up 6 flights of stairs to get back up to my car in the parking garage. But I do this everyday, its nothing special. Tiff 247/152/125

Tiffany, The exercise is the hardest thing for me so getting on the treadmill last night was great but I just hope I can keep it up and make it a GOOD habit! Take care Debra P

Today so far I have had B- egg beaters with cheese and bacon S- One twizzler-bad girl L- sirlion patty 2oz-1/4 avacado/acouple of spinach leaves and about a teaspoon of ranch dressing. (it was supposed to be a salad) I just didnt end up eating much of the spinach leaves. too full S- egg custard D- not sure eating out with my sisters. Hopefully something low carb maybe a chef salad at cracker barrel. S- Protein drink mixed with hot chocolate Trying to get my protein up to over a hundred a day to get the slow moving scale moving. today my food looks like b-protein drink s- 2 cups of popcorn, 1/2 cup carrots, small orange l- 3 oz ham and 1 oz cheese s-2 cheese sticks (a couple of pringles) d- will be 3 oz of skirt steak and veges s-Protein hot coco 72 oz of fluid. vista vitamins might go to the gym tonight if I do I will do 30 mins on the precore and 30 on the treadmill. Thanks for asking!!!

On Thursday I ate: Breakfast - Salad with Salmon Lunch - Turkey, Green Beans, Okra Snack - Turkey Sandwich Dinner - Oatmeal 2 hours prior to going to bed LOTS of White tea during the day & vitamins.
