Yesterday I had: Breakfast: Skim Latte S: No Lunch: 1/2 pita with ground lamb, yogurt dressing, lettuce, tomato and cucumber S: No Dinner: Pork and Green Bean Southbeach frozen meal S: FF/No added Sugar Frozen Yogurt-1/2 c. (only 60 cal. and no fat! ) a few crackers later... Liquid/Water: 90 oz. Protein: 70 gr. Exer: 30 min walk Supplements-All Jo 278 (highest)/263 (2mo before surg)/248 (surgery)/166 (current)/135 (goal)

Today I had... B- string cheese; 2 1/2 shot cup of Nectar protein- Lemon Iced Tea- yum!! I drink the about 20 oz. drink over the course of about 3 hours. Finishing this drink gives me almost 60g of protein S-none L- about 4 bites of the inside of a steak burrito- no rice!!!!! S- sf mini crunch bar, some sf licorice bears D- 1/3 c tuna, sf fudgecicle s- sf popcicle Hope you all had a great day!!! Still need to take 1 more vit. and 1 more calcium. Water today- about 40 0z. Yikes!!!!! I wonder if my fudgecicle counts as liquid the way popcicles do? See ya, Kerri 358 high- 332 surg./ 218/ 150
