Hello all ~hugs~ Ok lets try this again... What I had yesterday: B- 8oz carb control milk with 1 scoop Isopure Choc protein powder. 3 fresh strawberries and 1/2 banana. S- String Cheese, 1/2 cup popcorn L- inside of a cheese and ham calzone S- stallone pudding D- 3 oz chicken, 1 slice bread S- 1/2 cup popcorn, 1/2 grapfruit Take care and have a great day! ~hugs~ Debra P 285/179/125??

oh boy, i had a horrible eating day yesterday! B - sf/ff vanilla latte L - about 1/2 c chicken and dumpling soup S - south beach diet protein bar D - SMACK ME, i had about 1/2 c of cereal - honey smacks, no less! and i felt sick as a dog after. stupid me! and to top off the day, i only had probably 50 oz of water! shame on me!!! hugs~mary jo 221/130/120??? i am breaking into the 120's this week, dammit!

I've been trying to be good by updating on fitday also! So this should keep me honest, too!!! B nonfat yogurt coffee L tortilla soup from El Pollo Loco YYYeeeuummm! S Advant Edge Protein Shake D 2 oz of roasted chicken Did feel well yesterday so I didn't good!! ~Alisha 275/190/170ish

Yesterday, we were in Harrisburg, PA for the Eastern Outdoor Sportman show....LOTS of walking!! We walked around there for five hours and then we went to the super Cabela's and walked around for another two hours! B - 1 egg, 1/4 sl wheat toast, 2 or 3 oz steak, 2 sl bacon L - none D - From Applebee's weigh****cher's menu: 1 skewer of grilled shrimp (I ate 3 shrimp off of it) 1 skewer of beef tips (I ate 4 beef tips off of it) 1/2 cup steamed brocolli & zuccini 2 bites of rice pilaf Hubby is gaining weight from eating my leftovers! Today (still in Harrisburg, Pa) 3 more hours of walking B- one scrambled egg, 2 slices bacon, 1/2 slice wheat toast L - One chocolate covered pretzel rod (90 cal, 6g sugar, 1 protein) D - Weight Control oatmeal w/ protein powder (back home now - thank God) We're supposed to go to Baltimore Inner Harbor tomorrow to visit the aquarium....taking our 6 year old (no school tomorrow). Should be fun! I'm hoping to get some good seafood while we're up there! Hugs, Pam 250/147/??

Okay here goes: B-1/2 container of carb control Blue Bunny yogurt with a tsp. of organic granola L- 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and 3 peach slices D- 1/4 cup of turkey chili S- 5 strawberries also had 2 Nectar protein drinks to get in my protein. Sue 320/132.5/130 goal
