Protein trail to Onederland
Not even a week after complaining about not being able to find Onderland, it found it! The week of extra protein kicked me right off the plateu I was on. I have lost 6 lbs since 1/27 and am trying to make up for "lost" time. Thanks to all of you for being my maps to get to Onederland. You are all the best!!

I am very happy for you!!! We all need reminders about about protein and liquids even if it is to reinforce what we are doing already. It is way to easy to slack off on the pouch rules etc. over time. It is so great that we can support each other. Keep up the excellent work girlfriend! Jo

So far, I have only tried two different kinds of protein in my oatmeal:
Protien Delite Strawberry White Chocolate
and
Unjury Chocolate
BOTH are really good. One is like having a bowl of stawberries and cream....the other is like hot chocolate pudding. YUMMY!
I have Vanilla Very Berry, Banana, and unflavored protein powders too, but i haven't been brave enough to try them. I think the Vanilla Very Berry would be good.....Miss Dolly off the main board eats that all the time and swears by it. I just haven't tried it yet.
