Hello All,
Ok I know I am a day early/late but wanted to see how this goes here.....
What I had yesterday:
B- 3 oz cottage cheese with 3 fresh strawberries
S- string cheese
L- 3 oz pork chop, 1/2 potato with butter
S- 1 pk PB cheese crackers, stallone pudding
D- 3 oz grilled chicken leg and wing
S- 1/2 cup popcorn
OK lets she if this works here with my fellow Juners..

WHAT did i have yesterday...hmmm
BREAKFAST: cheddar cheese stick
SNACK: salt free pretzels and cottage cheese
LUNCH: 1 south beach chicken ceaser wrap
SNACK: power crunch frozen with fat free cool whip
DINNER: meat sauce w/ melted mozzella, small pc garlic bread
SNACK: sf pudding
went the gyM!!!!
drank plenty

Lets see, how did I do yesterday.
B - 1 C cheerios, 1/2 skim milk (d9dn't fini****)
S - missed it...on the road
L - 3 oz cheese curd and a few soy crisps
S - 1 oz cheese curd and a few soy crisps
D - Lean Cuisine Chicken and veggies (carb conscious)
S - 1 oz cheese curd
I also drank about 48 oz of water and a couple cups of decaf coffee
Having to eat six small meals a day feels like I'm always eating!!

Lets see!
I had 3/4 cup of Total strawberry for breakfast with 1/2 c. milk.
snack- 1/2 protein bar
Lunch- piece of toast with crunchy peanut butter
snack- a small chunk of colby cheese
dinner- a few chips and salsa, 1/2 of a chicken flauta, and a few bites of taco salad! Hubby wanted to go out for mexican!
I have been drinking tons of decaf hot tea lately because water makes my stomach hurt.

For yesterday I ate:
upon wakeup - 2 cups of coffee w/ reg. milk
B - Protein shake (choc. matrix) w/ carb countdown milk & vitamins
S - Apple
L - Chef salad, ate 1/2cp of greens, w/ dressing 2 tblsp, ate 1/2 of the roast beef, turkey & cheese selection, gave rest away to co-worker
and B12 vitamin.
S - Low carb, low fat, low sugar, cinnamon twist.
D - 3 oz, Turkey breast, maybe 1/4 cp mashed potatoe, maybe 1/4 cp stuffing, 1 tblsp cranberry sauce.
Vitamins w/ unsweetened applesauce.
and had a sweet craving so 2 bites (tsp) of DH's Ben & Jerry's cookie dough ice cream, a rare treat.
and 78 oz. of water
That completes my day!

Now we have to see how often and what days to do this.....I think it helps all of us to see and get ideas...

B - Venti SF Decaf LF Vanilla latte
L - 1/3 of a taco bell taco salad
D - Weight Control oatmeal w/ one scoop protein powder
TODAY:
B- Venti SF Decaf LF Vanilla Latte
L - 1/2 grilled chicken breast w/cheese
S - One PB hershey kiss (I'm gonna get the girl at work carrots or nuts or something to put in that dish!)
D - Weight Control oatmeal w/one scoop protein powder

All required supplements.
