Total loss for January....

7.5 is GREAT! I need to get my butt back on fitday. I haven't been on there for weeks now. EVERYONE is telling me to poo the 1/2 lb!! Too funny....even the people at work. But when I say "I lost 100 pounds" - I want to MEAN it and SHOUT it!!! I'm one of those people who can't get away with anything....it would haunt me.... a little white lie ... Believe me....when I can that 1/2 pound....EVERYONE is gonna hear from me!! Hugs, Pam

Hello everyone!! Well for January I have lost 6 lbs. I went from 157 to 151. But today I am back up to 152. For the past two weeks I have bounced from 151 to 153. It is so annoying! I hope Feb is a little better, I still have 26 lbs to go! It feels like a lot to me now. Tiff

I'd claim that .5 too if I were you...I try not to look at the .'s on my digital scale, so whatever the whole # is I go with it...My January month has been really slow- i count from the 7th to the 7th since that's my surgery date, so still could lose again, but for now I'm down 4 pounds...I'm 4 pounds from my docs goal and 17 from my personal goal, so I feel pretty good...Ran into a little bump in the road, this month - had another kidney stone attack (ooowww, they hurt like hell)...anyway, was in the hospital one day, pumped up with fluid and pain meds - put on 5 lbs in just that one day, too****il yesterday to get back to my pre-checkin weight...

Hi Pam, I would totally claim that .5 lb, too. It's outta here!! I always count from the 23rd to the 23rd since that's my surgery date. So, from December 23rd to Jan. 23rd, I lost 10 lbs. From Jan. 23rd to now, I've lost 7 lbs, but I think that's because I've been sick. I'm really happy with that, but I am a little jealous of all of you who are in the mid 100's. I still have so far to go. I'm hoping to get into Onederland by Spring Break, but we'll see. Hugs, Kerri

I'm down 6 pounds for January. It's not much but I'll take every pound I can get. I was celebrating being 189 (in the 180's finally) on Tuesday and now I'm back up to 191. Grrrrrrrr! Oh well, I'm still down 76 pounds. Can't complain too much.

Total loss 4 lbs. This was truly my fault. By the middle of the month, I had lost 6 lbs, but I came back to work and have been eating cake and candy. I gained back weight, and have since re-lost some, but possibly my month would have been good had I not done this.

I just got weighed at the gym Monday and lost 8 lbs for the month of January...That brings my total to 96 lbs loss...Just 4 more lbs to hit the century mark. I am still losing the inches in the chest and waist. But didn't lose any in the arms and legs. (yes, I still work out 4 days a week). Im thinking since my skin is starting to sag, you don't see the inches being lost. But I am not complaining....I still look and feel a whole lot better than I did 7 months ago.
