I probably shouldn't post this as I'll probably jinx it but suddenly I'm losing quickly again. I'm going to the gym everyday and really have upped my protein and water. I'm 12 days into my 7th month and have already (as of yesterday) lost 8 pounds. I'll stay on target for my goal if I can lose 4 more pounds by the 20th of February. I actually got a little scared on Monday because most of the weight came off between Saturday and Monday. Anyone else had a sudden drop in month 7? Chip

Hi Chip, I also had a sudden drop when I lost 5 pounds in 4 days after upping my protein. from 3 scoops a day to 4 (plus what I can eat.) I'm try to increase my water too. I work out almost every day and I've been trying to increase the intensity and the amount of time I spend working out. I can feel my body (or is it my brain?) trying in "settle in" where it is now, and I'm trying to fight it. Kim SW 306 CW 179 GW 150

Chip, First off let me say Congrats on your weight loss I did notice that it did pick up for my month 7 but still slower then before at 7.5 lbs for my 7th month, well I guess I do have until Feb 6 to lose more but you get the idea I have my mini goals (plus my bigger ones as well) and I like when I can meet them on time. If not then so be it but I try, if we did not set goals I think we don't push ourselves as hard. Well thanks for sharing and I wish you the best to reach your goal by Feb 20th. I am sure you will lose the 4 lbs and more in the 2 1/2 weeks. Take care Debra P

Chip, Congratulations on your sudden increase in weight loss!!! My weight has started to drop again, too. I thought it was because I was eating more, but maybe it's just that time again. Also, you're my hero to be going to the gym everyday! I've been playing a lot of racquetball and going out walking the dogs until I got sick. I also am interested in trying to walk a 1/2 marathon at Disneyland in Sept. I just found out yesterday, though, that it has to be completed in 3 1/2 hours, which are 16 minute miles. I don't know if my 222lb body can deal with it yet. What are you doing at the gym? Keep up the great work! Kerri

Wow, Chip! Congrats on the whooshie!! You are doing great with going to the gym, upping your protein and water...you are my role model! I didn't do so great for month 7. My total for the month was 4.5 pounds...but I'll take the loss anyday over a gain. I'm upping my protein and water too. The gym on the other hand.....can you just stop by and drag my tail to the gym with you???? I need to get it together!! I want to wear a bathing suit this year....in PUBLIC!! Pam

Checking in with the June bugs! I lost a total of 6 pounds in the month of January. I was hoping to be down a little more, but I will take any loss at this point. I am one pound away from having a normal BMI! I want that 1 pound. I am claiming it! I will lose this pound this week! I am so glad that everyone is still losing. This gives me hope! I think I might actually meet my goal weight. I never thought this would be possible, but I am only 18 pounds from my goal weight! YEAH! I am going to send out some positive energy for us in February. I hope everyone loses like crazy! In time for our 9 month follow-up which is right around the corner. Take care, D
