TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE...
i just knew it! me and my big mouth, i jinxed myself! now the scale was back up to 132 today. that 130 lb-i am so close to 120's feeling was sure short-lived! oh well, not going to let it get me down, i am just going to strive to get back down there by the end of this week! i was a bad girl yesterday and ate a lot of carbs and didn't get enough water! so i am going to work EXTRA hard today!
can't let days like this get us down! we have come too far! love you guys!

That happens to me all the time! I weigh daily but go by my Tuesday weight.....I know that doesn't make much sense but they gave me a sheet at the hospital to weigh and measure myself and I do it on Tuesday....that was the day before surgery. So I weighed in on Tuesday and it was 135.....today it was still 135 but usually it goes up a pound and then by the following week I will see a weight loss. So far I have only had about 3 different weeks where I did not lose anything! I have had not weeks of a gain either!
I saw your other post about the bathroom issues.....they are sending me to a digestive desease specialist because I am so loose!
Also....about how many calories do you eat a day? You said that you didn't eat very much. That is an issue with me also. If it weren't for the 3 protein drinks (270 calories) I only eat about 150 calories a day. Usually my total is around 350-400 calories a day. They want me up to 800 but I just can not eat that much food!

i hate when that happens! i weighed tonight and i am still at 132, so hopefully that means the scale will be down tomorrow! can you say OBSESSED???

wow, you must not eat at all! on a good day, i get around 700 calories. i would say usually between 500-600. i don't do protein drinks per dr's instructions, but i also don't get enough protein either! my doc wants me at 100 right now and 1200-1500 by one year. i don't feel like i eat a lot though. today i had a chicken blt salad from wendy's (not even 1/2), 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of provolone cheese. oh and i had an orange.

In complete awe. How can you only eat 150 calories a DAY!!! A salad has more than 150 calories in it! You must be doing GREAT!
My normal intake is somewhere between 800-1000 calories a day.
Now my goal is to be under 500, and generally I can make myself do that about 4 days out of the week... but that is because my mind is on NOT eating and basically I starve.
Weight loss TRULY is Calorie intake - Calories expended. If you don't take those calories in, then the energy must be taken from somewhere in our bodies (stored fat)....
My appetite is WAY above what you all are describing... I only hope I can reach my goal weight and maintain it.

I hate when that happens and it happens to me all the time so I understand how frustrating it is. I am just at 180.5 and don't want to say anything about moving into the 170's...ooppsss I just did.
Well as long as we are moving down that is all good. You are doing awesome and you are an inspiration to me, thanks for that.

yeah it can be frustrating, but it sure does give me that PUSH to try to get back down to the lower weight! today, back down to 131, so i am getting there!
girlfriend, you are about to hit those 170's! talk about me, geez look how far you have come!!! over 100 lbs gone, that is absolutely amazing! did you ever think this could happen to us???
