thank you, pam! i think i will be in total should when i see the 120's! do you even want to make it to the 120's? i am sure you can make it there if you want to! you already look great! who knows, you might be in for a surprise when you weigh in! so far, i think me, chip and debra have all had a good drop this week! might be you, too! hurry up, go home, weigh and then come share the good news! hugssssssssss

OMG! That was all I could say to myself when I read your post. I hope you are doing well. I simply cannot (or more likely simply choose not to) eat little bits of food... Good going for you! You are a sterling example of weight loss success. It is a matter of how much you eat. It truly is. How are the kids, as I hope they and all your loved ones are fine.

thank you, pat. those are very nice things to say, put a smile on my face. actually makes me think i am doing something right for once! kids are doing very good! my son finished a school project today and he did such an excellent job! iam very proud! hope your loved ones are good, too! hugsssssssss

Mary Jo, Hun that is just awesome, It sure feels good once it starts to move again... I know I have been losing weird lately, kind of holding then losing 3 days in a row then back to holding. Hey I guess our bodies need time to catch up to the loss before moving again. As long as it keeps moving we are all ok. Take care hun Debra P

Mary Jo! You look Great! You are my inspiration! My scale finally moved a little bit. I am down to 156.5 now. I feel like it is slow going now though. I really wanted to be in the 140's by my 9 month post op. Have you been working out? I have slacked on the work outs because of winter. I am hoping that Spring will kick me into high gear though! thank you, diana! you are doing great! i am sure you will make it to the 140's by 9 months, no doubt about it! things have been real slow over here, too. but i am POSITIVE that we will reach goal! i have slacked big time on the exercise, but i have been managing to do my walk away the lbs dvd twice a week. i rode my exercise bike the other night for 10 minutes and my legs were killing me! i think i need to step it up a notch! hugsssssssss
