Hit 80 lbs this morning!

After weeks and weeks of whining my scale finally moved. I didn't beleive it so I went and bought a 10 lb bag of sugar to calibrate the thing (my husband still uses sugar ). Well, without my clothes on this morning I weigh 159.5-160!! That's 80 lbs! I hope it continues to move, but heck 4 lbs this week great. We'll see how long I sit at this weight now. That is wondeerfu!!!!!!!!!! Keep the faith! We are in this for the long run. What did you do to help it start moving again? Mine is wandering up and down 4 pounds but not really down in a while. Kathy

Hi Kathy, It's been such a long time since there's been any movement. I was so surprised this morning. If you could have seen me this morning you would have laughed. Carrying my scale to my sisters to check it with hers, and get a witness. I just couldn't believe it. Thanks for the encouragement. All the best, Debra

Yeah...I chuckled about the sugar thing. It will take the hubby a long time to go through all that sugar. Heck I might just save the bag to keep checking my scale . Thanks for the congrats. All the best, Debra
