What is a good upper thigh measurement?

Okay ladies and gents, Maybe someone can help me with this question. I have been tracking all of my body measurements since my surgery. I include calf, upper leg, and arm as well as the traditional hips, waist, and breasts. I know what a good waist and hip measurement is, but I do not know what a good upper leg measurement is. I am especially interested in this because I carried a lot of my weight in my legs. Is it suppose to be so many inches larger than your calf? I would really like to know because I am getting smaller in my upper leg, but I still feel like my upper legs are too big. So what is a good measurement to be striving for in the upper leg? Does anyone know? Current measurements Lower leg - 15 1/2 Upper leg - 22 1/2 Waist - 29 1/2 Hips - 36 Breast - 34 ( I have lost all of my chest! I use to be a 48DD! I am going to have to have some major plastics done here! Talk about sagging down to your knees. I feel like an old cow!)
