South Beach Diet Meals
I have been eating South Beach diet meals for awhile now. I usually get two meals out of them, but sometimes I eat just the meat and some of the vegetables and only get one meal.I hate to throw away food, but its much better to do that than to eat it even after I am full. I used to do that all the time. Have any of you tried them? They are really good. Especially the new Asian Inspired ones. I love the Orange Beef. I also started drinking Carb Freedom Yogurt Smoothies. There is 13 grams of Protein in them and they taste so good. I need variety or I get so bored with what I eat. I also have to pack lunches so these are good things to take to work to eat. If you try them, enjoy. Take care everyone and have fun with our new smaller and healthier bodies..

i use the southbeach wrap lunchables for lunches
and they last me two days. I do not, however, I
do not eat their bars as i find they have far to many
sugar alcohols and i stay away from them
I agree i also bore of foods post op and always
looking for new things to try!

I am not sure you will get this, I had to make a new user name. Its Soohappy in case you do get it. I forgot about the wraps. I love those too, especially the southwestern style. I get two meals out of them too. I did try the bars before but I didnt really like them as much as I like the Pure Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars. They are like candy bars. At least I think so. They have 20 grams of protein per bar. You also keep up the good work, we are both getting closer to our goals.

What are Pure Protein bars? Is that the brand name? Where do you get those?
I love the wraps. I usually can fini**** but I snack on it over a 2-3 hours time at work for lunch. I also love how much protein the wraps and the frozen meals have. I hope they come out with more of them.
I too think it is weird how I can eat more in one sitting some days and not others.
Tammy, Pure Protein is the brand name. They have other ones too besides the peanut butter ones, but those are the ones I like the best. I get them at Walmart in the foods section. They have a bunch of different kinds all in that area. I see that they have come out with cookies now in the southbeach diet section, but I have not tried them. I dont snack too much and since they dont have much protein I figured I would wait to try them.
