I FINALLY FOUND THE COURAGE...

Size 7????!!!!!!!! That's incredible!!! I started in a size 32 and just bought some 18s. I went to a dinner and even bought some strappy sandels, very high. I used to wear 8 1/2 but these ended up being 7 1/2! Congrats Sharyn

that is great, sharyn! from a 32 to a 18 is quite an accomplishment, you have to feel amazing! you go girl, in your new strappy, high sandals! wear 'em proud! hugssssss

Mary Jo, I also have been shopping second hand on Ebay, I have a goal pair of 8's waiting for me someday but I am not sure if I will ever get down THAT small. I am 103 lbs down and wearing 14-16 now so it will be a long way off if I do get there. There are some great clothes on Ebay that you can purchase, the only hard thing is you can not try them on. I am 5, 1/2 inch so I know how you feel, I have to have even the "short" jeans altered most of the time. I have to have the old navy short dress pants made a slight bit shorter. O well.... ughh, being short stinks! i remember when i was little, my sister and the other kids in the neighborhood used to sing that song to me..."short people got, no reason to, short people got, no reason to live". boy, i used to cry! i am SURE you will get to those size 8 goal jeans, probably faster than you think! you have done awesome so far! i went back and looked at my profile, and i was in a size 14 just 3 months ago! so you will do it, too!!! thanks for the congrats! hugssssssssss
