In addition to what everyone else said: I love protein delite white chocolate strawberry and almond coconut protein powder. I mix a scoop with 3-4 oz water and stir. Put in ref for 1/2 hour and wow better than stallone pudding. Sometimes add cool whip lite (2 T - 20 cal) to the mix. Another favorite which has helped keeping all systems working (if you know what I mean) is a mixture of flaxseeds, and sunflower seeds. I take 1/4 cup of the mixture to work with me and nibble, making sure I crunch each seed with my teeth. It takes a while to do that and that keeps me busy. I get the seeds at publix and keep the bag in the freezer until I make my emergency pac****ep a bag in the car. It seems we are all looking for crunchy things at 7 months! Thanks for all the small snack ideas.

I dont really snack to much. I usually eat 3 meals a day and one protein shake. If that doesnt keep me satisfied I will have sugar free popsicles, cheese, sugar free jello or pudding and sometimes yogurt. I like almonds or other nuts too. I am kinda afraid if I start snacking, I will keep snacking all the time.
