Snacks??

I feel you. The choices seem narrow but- there is hope.
I normally do low fat cheese and a couple of wheat crackers, sf applesauce, a turkey and cheese roll up or fruit.
The south beach cereal bars are yummy too and have 10g of protein.
There are many choices but I get sick of the same menu---

I'm with you with the no weight loss, but it's normal right about now.
As far as snacks are concerned, I now have to eat very small meals 6x a day instead of my 1/2 cup 3x a day. But for a snack I would recommend an ounce of string cheese and a couple crackers, or the stallone pudding. You could also try some sf pudding. But go for the protein content more than anything.

i usually roll up a slice of muenster cheese and a slice of deli meat (my favorite is roast beef) or, a cheese stick. or, some whole wheat ritz crackers with cheese crisped on them in the microwave
i also love south beach diet granola bars. my favorite is the oatmeal raisin. i have one every morning for breakfast and i keep them in my car for snacks when i'm running around.

MY snacks are the following:
stallone pudding (love the banana cream)
cheese stixs
deli meat rolled (turkey breast, ham, roast beef)
hard boiled eggs
salt free pretzels
soy nuts
ZEN soy chips
lo salt mixed nuts (planters south beach blend)
strawberries and chool whip
sf puddings
SF jello
ATKINS peanut granola bars (the best bar with very lo sugar and sugar alcohols)
LIKE you i find I am hungry more lately, so keeping my house stocked
with good filling choices for me is important.
