Heels, and boots, and skirts, OH MY~~

Ok, so..whose wardrobe is getting a bit daring?? I bought this amazing pair of goldish/bronze colored boots with this wild heel on them.. I know, I lost my mind, but what the hell!! WHO KNEW I LIKED CLOTHES???? I have so much beautiful stuff now. I know I shouldn't buy a lot, but I am very sensible with sales, etc. I went to the Liz Claiborne outlet and bought this awesome skirt. The only problem is that I waited a little too long to wear it and it almost fell off when I put it on! Imagine??? I think I am going to wait a bit and have it tailored. (I say that, but you think my ass will actually get to a tailor???) Anyway, I got a few jackets and some other great pieces. The thing I notice now is that my footwear has REALLY changed. I wear heels!! I feel GREAT in them. I can wear jeans with cowboy boots!! WOOOOHOO!!! I told my husband and my 19 year old son to make sure to tell me if I EVER look rediculous, or like a 47 year old in a 20 year old's outfit. I don't want to look inappropriate..oh what the hell!! I also bought a few things that are a bit low cut.. Damn..looking good, Mama~ Enjoy the ride!!! Continued success.. Rossana 334/226/???

YOU sound very happy rossana CONGRATULATONS! I to like shopping now, i buy cause i like the item not cause it fits! I think its great for our brain to catch up to the weight losss and buying the form fitting clothes helps alot. I recommend sale shopping for everyone and get some things that flatter your body and you will see the compliments pour in! LISA

Hey, hope ya'll don't mind me barging in on this board some. I think I need to spend more time with folks the same "age" as me, lol. Rossana, thank goodness you have enough sense to know that just because something fits doesn't mean you should wear it! I can't get over the folks who lose their weight and start wearing fishnets and stillettos. Hey, I understand they're proud of looking good, so am I, but dang, be age appropriate! Ok, ya'll go ahead and flame me now, might as well break me in right!

Lol, Welcome.............. I agree- we have to be mindful of age and apparel- BUT, I am 32 and I wear stilettos. I have always been a shopper and fashion mindful even before at 320lbs. The fishnet has not grabbed me though. You simply have to be age and body conscious. I know that I'm beautiful and deserve to be sexy(with in reason). The mall is my friend! Hugs,

me, me, me....... I've got some cute little boots and a little short jacket that comes up over my butt, I don't buy to many clothes yet because I work in the OR and change as soome as I get to work.
