I saw this on the main message board from yesterday. So here it is for everyone! I think I'll make it the consistency of chili so I won't eat too much at one time. TACO SOUP 2 lbs. ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 1 can kidney beans 1 can pinto beans 1 can black beans 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 can diced tomatoes 2 cans shoepeg corn 2 packages taco seasoning 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Brown ground beef and onion. Add taco and HVR seasonings and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients. The longer you let it simmer, the better!
