Oh LORD! I AM HUNGRY

oh Lord! I need help. I can't stop being hungry. I know I am getting enough protein, but I am STILL HUNGRY! What is my problem?? I can't seem to get moving either. I just can not seem to get motivated to exercise. Does anyone have any secrets on getting motivated?? I am so afraid I am going to ruin my chances of making this tool successful. If anyone can relate or offer help, it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much and God Bless! Beverly Martin

HEY BEVERLY , I CAN RELATE TO THE HUNGRY PART! I THINK ABOUT FOOD ALL THE TIME! I GET IN ABOUT 80 TO 90 GRAMS OF PROTEIN A DAY , I STILL CRAVE CARBS AND WANT TO EAT ALL THE TIME! I DON'T LET MYSELF THOUGH! I KEEP A FAT PICTURE ON THE FRIGE AND THAT HELPS! I GET VERY DEPRESSED ABOUT IT AND I HAVE EVEN CRYED OVER NOT BEING ABLE TO EAT ALL I WANT! ( I'M ASHAMED TO ADMIT I CRYED OVER FOOD,THATS PITIFUL!). I WILL TELL YA THAT IF YOU GET A WORK OUT BUDDY THAT MIGHT HELP MOTIVATE YOU TO GET EXERCISING. I JOINED CURVES WITH A GIRLFRIEND THAT HAD SURGERY A MONTH BEHIND US AND WE KEEP EACH OTHER GOING! DAWN 271/185

HI BEVERLY! im one of the people whom have experienced hunger right from surgery. I havent stressed in it to much because i am looseing very well. I do just try to make helathy correct choices and i feed the hunger. I make sure i have my 3 meals and 3 snacks a day to help. BUT always protein smart choices. AS for the workout i agree with the other reply have some gym partners to go with. I now have 2 others that attend ladies workout express and it keeps us going. I also find when i have someone to work out with i stay longer in the gym and workout even harder. GOOD LUCK! LISA

Beverly, I think all of our June birthday girls are rediscovering head hunger and vision hunger. Food now taste pretty good and the automatic grouchy pouch has calmed down. Also this is the point where I'm secretly scared that I might fail using this wonderful tool. I'm just concentrating on protein first, no grazing ( this is the hard one), plan food and get daily exercise. WE CAN DO THIS if our heads don't mess us up. Don't we wi**** had been brain surgery as well.

Tip: Get food poisoning at Ruby Tuesday's from the grilled fish! You won't want to eat for a week! LOL! I never want fish again. Wendy
