Happy New Year Ladies---I am finally in the 150's!

This is just a quick note. I started the New Year with a nice surprise. I weighed in today at 159.5! YEAH! I am so happy! I will take it! I had been hanging out at 162 forever! I am so happy! I have not been in the 150's since 1992! I am 5.5 pounds away from a normal BMI! Send out all of your prayers and positive energy for me! I want to be at a normal BMI by the end of January that is my first goal for 2006. My second goal is to be in the 140's by my 9 month post op! Good luck ladies.....this is such a wonderful gift. I am so thankful that I have been blessed to have this wonderful opportunity to change my life once and for all. 2005 was a great beginning for me....now I want to start to really give back in 2006 for the gift that I have received. I am so thankful and so happy to be alive. Thank you for all of your support and kind words.

Congratulations...What a great New Year's Gift! I can't wait until I can make it into Onderland as well. I still have 32 lbs. to go... but I'll take the 100 that I've accomplished so far. I, too, am so grateful for the gift of this surgery. Blessings to you in 2006! Kerri

Congratulations Diana! I can't wait to be in the "over weight" BMI. My surgeon said I should not go for a "normal" BMI because he felt I'd be too thin.... Imagine that me too thin......... I'm sending good thoughts and prayers your way for a "normal" BMI by the end of the month.... Chip
