TONIGHT i am going to start doing my walk away the lbs video again and some stomach crunches. anything is better than the NOTHING i have been doing!

I did pretty good this month with a 10 pounds loss. I was pretty amazed when I looked back over the last two months and saw that even with a 3-4 week period of losing only 1 pound...I still managed to drop 20 pounds over the last two months!! So hopefully, remembering that will get me through my next plateau without going insane!!
So my total loss now is 95 pounds!! Whoooooooo Hoooooo!
Resolutions?
1. Quit smoking!! (yea, me too - I hate those darn things)
2. Exercise!!
3. Figure out how to and DO make some extra money - enough to pay for the plastic surgeries I'm dreaming of: arms, boobs, gut, chin...maybe thighs....I think I need a head-to-toe lift!!! How much is that????
If I could only get one thing done, it would be my arms.

hey pam! wow, you have done great! i just looked at my chart i keep and i have only lost 13 lbs the last 2 months. things are definitely slowing down! only 5 more lbs for you til you reach century club! YOU GO GIRL!!!
yeah i wish i could get some sort of plastics done, but i highly doubt i can get approved for anything. even if i could save money for it, i would feel too guilty to pay for something like that, when there is so much i can get for my kids. oh well....

Resolutions:
1. Journal what I eat - I've never done it before
2. Start protein shakes since I've never come close to getting enough
3. EXERCISE!!! I really think that will be the key for me.
4. Avoid chocolate at all cost!!!

i should really start protein shakes. i won't even tell you how little protein i get in. sometimes i wonder how i lose any weight at all. i don't get enough protein, exercise or calories!

I am only two weeks into my sixth month. So far this month I've lost 6 lbs (now at 257 lbs). I hope it continues. I worked out everyday, except for one, over winter break (it was so nice to have all that time off).
As for resolutions:
1. Continue to excercise at least 3 times a week and push for four times a week.
2. Stop shopping for new clothes that I seem to wear three times and then shrink out of. When I went to get dressed for work this moring, I was shocked that only one pair of my pants fit. The others, which fit the week before winter break are all too big. I have to go buy pants tonight. There goes that resolution!

when i went for my 6 month appt, she told me to exercise 2 times a week, maybe 3 if i want to increase it. geez, i can't even get into it! but i AM starting this week. one day down already!
about the shopping! luckily, i cannot afford to go shopping! otherwise, that would probably be my new addiction. i have gone to goodwill on occasion, but not too much. i will probably make a trip there in the next couple weeks. i only have 2 pairs of size 10 jeans and i still wear 2 pairs of size 12's that i still wear too. what the heck, if they don't fall to my knees while i am walking, then i am wearing em!

PUT YOUR MIND TO IT!! I have to grasp the mindset/need of excercise. That alone is a task- but I can do it!!!!

Wow it has been months since I have been able to get online to be able to have a little extra time to see how everyone is doing. I wasn't much of a writter before but I have read almost everything that you girls/guys have wrote. I am down 80 pounds now and my goal is 100. My dr. wanted me to only loose 93 pounds. We'll see. It sounds as if we are all in the same boat about not exercising and still not getting in our protein, but are we really ever going to? I hope the best for all of the Juner's out there. I did get an Ad lounge 2 for christmas and have used it a few times now. It isn't as easy as it seems. Take care everyone. I hope tp be able to get on and chat with you all again soon. Sandy
