Hello Mary Jo!! Thanks! It is so great to have so much support here! I hit Onederland yesterday and was waiting to post to make sure the scale stayed at 199.5 and as of tonight...it stuck!!! Happy New Year to me indeed!! Keep moving foward (or is it downward? LOL) and keep that great attitude that you have!
