Hey ya'll , I'm new to this board!
oh, i NEED to get on a protein kick...or someone needs to KICK me into one. The only protein drink I like has milk in it....but I have had this sinus "thing" for weeks now and I know milk makes it worse...so i've been avoiding my shakes. (i know - baaaaad pam) I've been trying to get it from food....but it's next to impossible to get all that protein in from food right now. I'm probably only getting in 30-40 grams a day right now...I was doing so much better than that before!
