i did it guys! i reached 136 lbs this morning and i am officially NORMAL! i can't believe it, but what a wonderful surprise when i looked at the scale this morning! this gives me more incentive to be good with the holiday eating, because i don't want to move back up! congrats to all of us, so many goals we have reached and will continue to reach! i am so grateful for this surgery and the positive changes it has made in my life. more importantly, i am grateful for all of you and your support and your friendship! hugs~mary jo 221/136/???

136!!! WOW Mary that is just incredible!! I'm so proud of you! How tall are you? Just curious.... I'm 5'5" and the last time I weighed 136 I wore a size 5. What size are you in now? I'm psyched because I just got some size 10's and they fit! That was my Christmas wish! ~hugs Pam

thanks pam! well, i am 5'2''...and still in a size 10, same as you! congrats on the new size! can't wait to get to single digits, even if the sizes are made different now!

I just think it's interesting .... that whole height/weight "thing" 5'2" 139 Size 10 (you) 5'5" 159 Size 10 (me) 5'8" 180 Size 10 (my sister) There's a 50 pound variance and a total of a 5" difference in height...still a size 10. It's just wild. I can hardly wait to get in the single digits too! At almost 7 months out...I'm thinking it's REALLY REALLY going to happen for us!! Have you tried on any 8's yet? You could probably already wear them! ~hugs Pam

yeah that always gets me. weird indeed! i haven't tried an 8 yet, although i almost think i can fit in them. too scared to try! don't want to be disappointed!
