6 months post-op
Hi Everyone!
I had a 'moment' the other day that I thought I'd share. I was sick all week last week with an upper respitory infection and bronchitis, so I wasn't really following the rules for anything becuase I just didn't have the energy. But, Thursday I stepped on the scale and to my suprise I had lost 11lbs. You may ask why this is significant, well, it takes my total weight lose to 105lbs. I thought I read the scale wrong and had to call my husband in to read it for me. I can't believe the scale said 259lbs. I don't think I have weighed 259 since I was 12!!!! It was definitely a great way to end a lousy week.
Which leads me to a question, how do I get a century card for my profile page?
Thanks to everyone for your support over these past six months!

Hey Love---
I'm sorry to hear that you felt grubby. I know that scale was an added lift to your aching spirit. I hope to earn a century card soon.
I was told to email Obesityhelp.com to make the request. They will ask information of you and post the card to your profile.
Best of luck on life and anything you aspire to do.

Congratulations Christine!!
I can't wait to join you in the century club. I was hoping to this month, but I may come up a little short, at least at my surgeon's office. My appointment is Friday and I still need to loose about 3 lbs. I lost some critical time early on by not getting in my protein right away. But, I'm hoping I can catch up to the rest of you guys.
