Well...not quite, but close! Today, I went through my closet to see what I might have outgrown. Hmmm.... my closet actually echoes now!! It's almost empty! I have a heap of clothes, too big for me, and a small heap that will last for a short while before becoming too big! I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I checked the clothing exchange for size 14s, but there's only one entry and she hasn't returned my email. Good Will, here I come! I'm so happy that I have grown smaller, but there are a few pieces of clothing that I will mourn. If anyone wants to trade my 2X, 1X clothes for some 14s, I'm ready to trade, but I'm not sure how it would be done without seeing the clothes. Who'd a thunk I would have this kind of problem, finding clothes small enough for me! Life is good! HUGS! Joy

Congrats Joy! What a wonderful problem! I remember the days when everything in the closet was a bit too tight! Just an idea about the clothes. I'm not sure if you have a local support group that you go to, but at ours we have a clothing exchange where everyone brings in their things that are too big bagged according to size and then after the meeting we have a shopping spree. I was able to get a bunch of clothes for work and a winter coat at our last one and it was so nice not to have to go out and buy things that won't fit for very long...especially a wool winter coat! Leslie. Great idea. Yes, I have joined a support group and forgot about the possibility of exchanging clothes there. This is a wonderful "problem" that I can live with... and a healthier life, it is! Joy

Congradulations!! You are doing awsome. I think you should check and see if you have any consignment shops in your area. I have been taking my "too big" clothes to a consignment shop and I get half of what she sells it for. This is a nice way to pass on your stuff, but also set up a little savings account for the future (or current) clothes you will be needing. I just set aside the cash in an envelope waiting for the day to spend it! Best of luck to you, although it sound like you are doing great and luck had no part in that! It is all YOU!! Laura

Thanks Laura! I just returned from my local consignment shop. Took some of the better clothes there and bought some that fit! Next time, I'd better try them on, because the 14s are actually getting big on me. Who'd a thunk?? Joy
