Things are good, but... ug.

Like most of you, I have also had my six month visit with the doctor. He was pleased to hear that I have been getting in a minimum of 70 grams of protein each day, plus I take two children's chewable vitamins with iron and two calcium chews. As a result, my labs came back great, but my B-12 is starting to slip a little, so I am now on another supplement. No biggie - most of us know that one is coming eventually! Here's the thing I did not get to ask him about... this past week, I have begun to break out like a teenager! Little tiny pimples... all over my face! They are small enough that the average person cannot see them unless they look lclosely, but man! It's driving me nuts! Is anyone else experiencing this? Other than that, things are great. I even got an e-mail from someone at work today... she had seen me in the lobby and said hi, but wanted to check and make sure it was me, since she wasn't positive! That was cool. Nicole - Okay, you might want to double check this, but I've always been told that those kind of pimples are usually caused by hormones. Is it around that time for you, or could you be ovulating? Or maybe could your birth control be causing it? Just something to think about. Hope this helps.

God I hope it is not caused by hormones since I also have be breaking out like crazy. I figure it is just a change in diet. I have found a great cleanser from Keihl's which has helped with the break outs. They seem to be a little better now but if I don't use it for a few days they come back. Chip
