Its finally my Turn!!!
Well I finally made it to onderland. I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 199. Hooray. I havent been this weight since my son was a baby and he will be 18 in a couple of weeks and even then it was only a short time due to phen-phen. I am so grateful that I had this surgery. It was the best gift I have ever given myself. I feel so normal now. I cant even count the ways that it has changed my life. I have thought a lot about this especially this holiday season. I like to reflect at Christmas time on all the things that I am grateful for and I am defiantly grateful for my new tool and my new body. Well thanks for letting me share. I am also grateful for all of you. I have really enjoyed my OH family especially all the June bugs these past six months. I learn so much from all of you.
Thanks and Happy Holidays
Lynn

thats so sweet that if you were close you would take my kids so i got rest! THE bigger need was trying to clar time for the gastro doctor. I got a friday at 4:45 but i needed to get there sooner but couldnt close daycare. I did one light day last week. ITS hard and i know you can relate. THANKS FOR THE Well wishes. TODAY after 2 weeks of this i am starting to feel better. FOOD is going down normal...no cramping and trips to the potty so im on my way to recovery now.
the kids here too seem to be starting another round of colds. LOTS of tissues and one kid out sick today with fever. OH well still enough time to get everyone well for christmas. EEKS on your ICe storm that is so dangerous !!! KEEP safe

Thanks, It is amazing how much difference just having a couple less kids makes. It has been a quiet day with only 4 instead of six. I was supposed to go to the movies with some friends tonight(the lion, the witch and the wardrobe) but I might just stay home and light a fire. I am glad that you are feeling a little better. Maybe it is like one of the people that wrote to you said that we just hold onto those stomach viruses a bit longer since our surgeries. I hate the stomach flu! Well hope your day continues to get better.
