I added my latest pic

I have updated my profile with my latest picture. This is the first picture that i have looked at and gone WOW i guess i do look a bit different. It has all happened so fast i do not think my mind has caught up to what is going on with my body. My minds concept is still fat. Although when i look at my before pictures i don't ever remember being that big. Just shows myself how in denial i actually was about life.
