My clothes have been hanging on me, but I don't want to go out and spend a lot of money until I lose the last 25 pounds to goal. So.... I went to Goodwill and guess what? I started out wearing size 2X tops and 20 pants. I now wear Medium tops and size 12 pants!! This process has been the most amazing part of my life. I haven't worn a size 12 since I was 20 years old! I just wanted to share my happiness with people who understand. I am so grateful for this surgery and a second chance at life, even at my age!! HUGS!!! Joy

Congrats Joy, I know how you feel, I also started in 2X and size 22 pants. The smallest I have now are med/10 with some bigger, sizes really are strange now, LOL I did my second cleanout in my closet yesterday, and need to make a dropoff for Goodwill, good thing or I would have missed a bunch of stuff that will be too big in another month or so, (it was in the back with my too small clothes, LOL) I can now fit into my Wedding dress and only have 2 or 3 things in the "too small" section from my days of diet pills. Any, congrats again, we are just the best bunch of losers HW 250 SW 235 CW 184 GW 150

Thanks Lisa. Yes, the shrinkage of clothes sizes is great. So is the reduction of joint pain and all the other medical issues!! Life is good! Joy

I hear you Joy! My local place has jeans for .25 cents, so even if I haven't gotten to the size yet if I like the jeans I will go ahead and buy them to inspire me, and at .25 cents what a bargain!! Then when I have my yard sales I can sell them for 1.00 a pair! Yeah! If you don't mind used clothes what a way to go! Continued success!! I can't wait to be in a size 12 myself!! Hugs~ Rachel
