Hi Deb, Sorry to hear you are frustrated, you have a great attitude and you know you aren't done losing, chin up!! I agree with Sandy, sometimes you have to add more protein / calories to trick your body a little. Your dietitian may not be right on this one... Good luck to you! Jo

Hello. The only thing I can suggest is to up your protein and liquid each day. That always seems to help me start losing again. All of these posts have been a real eye-opener for me. I need to get back on track and lower my calorie intake. I now eat between 800-1000 calories per day and about 60 grams of protein. But there were a couple of days that I ate 1100 calories. I need to make sure I don't do that again.
