My turn with the big stall
Hello. The only thing I can suggest is to up your protein and liquid each day. That always seems to help me start losing again.
All of these posts have been a real eye-opener for me. I need to get back on track and lower my calorie intake. I now eat between 800-1000 calories per day and about 60 grams of protein. But there were a couple of days that I ate 1100 calories. I need to make sure I don't do that again.
