SCALE HAPPY!

this has been a good week for me! i have lost 4 lbs so far this week, with one more day to go! BUT the scale made me real happy this morning....149!!! 149??? i broke 150, haven't been 140-something in over 10 years! only 13 lbs to go til i reach "normal" and 29 lbs til i reach my personal goal! hugs~mary jo 221/149/120???

thanks lisa! we ALL deserve this, having this surgery took so much courage and we put so much work into it! i could have never done this before surgery! i probably need to post some full body shots, as much as i hate the full body shot i have from the morning of surgery! but maybe a side-by-side is a good idea! hugssssss
