I had a trip to the ER yesterday afternoon......
due to attacks of pain every five mintues that lasted about 10 seconds.
I didnt know what this pain was, and after 4 hours of this getting worse
as the day went on i had to phone my surgeon.
I wrapped up my work earlier, having parents pickup from my DAYCARE ASAP, and left my 3 small kids with their aunt and uncle. At this point thinking this is either GALL bladder or kidney stones causeing me such.
I arrived at MATHER hospitol at 4:00 and when i got admitted in thru TRIAGE to a holding area there was my SURGEON Dr. AHMAD their to order the tests and reassure me all will be fine and we will figure out my cause of such pain attacks. I was once again SO pleased with dr. AHMADS personal attention i received at the hospitol ER room and new
i was under once again the best possible care possible.
He ordered me FULL blood workup, urine analyse, CAT scan and GALL Bladder ultra sound.....sure the wait was long, it was a holiday and
the specialists had to be called in. BUT everything was okay but they note
I had an ovarian cyst and will follow up today with my surgeon. THE attacks did stop around 7 pm at the hospitol and i was glad.
So for now im PAIN free. This was unrelated to the weight loss surgery.
BUT i was so impressed with my surgeons prompt attention to the pain attacks i had. WHEN i phoned his office SIMA requested me to meet Dr. Ahmad at the ER and did soo as soon as i had things in order on my end.
ONCE again words cannot say how great my surgeon was in time of need and worry.
