I know I'm a nerd, but you guys HAVE to try this one!

You know how you like to lie in bed and lift your leg up to see how great it looks without the "fluffy stuff"? Oh, come on, you know you all do it, too! This morning in the tub, I was leaning back and decided to push my feet against the other end and lift myself above the water. I was able to see what I'm going to look like at about my goal weight. Talk about a boost to my morale! You can also put your feet flat on the bottom and lift and get the same effect. Now, let me tell you, it doesn't address the "pendulous mammary" problem, but it was pretty neat! I must admit that if I don't start hitting the gym a lot harder, it will take a full body lift to achieve the look; but that is something to deal with at a later date. Anyway, ya'll give it a try and see if it doesn't make you smile, too! Keep up the good work, Junies! Kristie

I'm so laughing right now. I did the exact same thing this weekend when I was taking a bath. Too funny! All I know is that I had better start working out more because the skin on my upper legs and around my knees is already pretty bad. Looks pretty good in the tub though. Ha!

Kristie, You bet I lift up my legs to see how they look! I do it almost every night in bed before I go to sleep. And I thought I was the only one who was obsessive enough to do that . . . . I took a picture of myself last night with my camera phone. I had taken another one a few weeks ago and sent it to a friend I had not seen in a while and she was shocked and the change (for the better). Maybe I'll send her another one . . . Have fun enjoying the shrinking body . . . btw, I don't have the pendulous mammaries syndrome .... I just have the tiny mammaries syndrome .... they keep getting smaller and my hubby is missing the old big boobies. LOL I said to him that quality is better than quantity. - Beth
