Lousy follow-up from my surgeon

I am EXTREMELY disappointed and pissed with my surgeon's office. I was scheduled for my 3 month appointment tomorrow, but received a call 2 weeks ago changing it to next week. ( I have never had an appointment on the date or time orginally scheduled, they always get changed!!!!! ). Today I received a call saying my surgeon was leaving early on the 28th and wanted to move it to the 29th. I had already made arrangements to leave work early on the 28th and can't leave early on the 29th. So I was given a new date..........Nov 16th!!!!!!! So my 3 month check-up will now be a 5 month check-up. I was hoping to get a B-12 to give me an energy boost and was supposed to have my laps checked. They didn't seem to concerned about it. Luckily I have a GREAT PCP and I will go to him instead. Thanks for letting me vent. Lisa

Ugh, Lisa, that really stinks! I wish people would understand that it is costumer service that keeps them in business... I can understand needing to change an appointment but when it happens all the time and your end up with 5 mo follow-up instead of a 3 month, thats pretty bad. I am sorry that happened to you!! Jo

Hi Lisa, I would be upset too!! Have you tried to take B-12 Sublingual from GNC? It is about $6.99 for 30 days and I have so much energy, just don't know what to do with it sometimes!! LoL!! Sublingual means "under the tongue" it disolves in your mouth, no swallowing. My doctor told me to get these! They work GREAT!!! Good luck!! Chelle'
